Shipping Policy — Merciless Guard

Overview
- We are based in Orem, Utah, and ship to U.S. addresses only.
- Order-to-delivery timeframe is typically 7–14 business days.

Processing & Delivery
- Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible. From order placement to delivery customers can generally expect 7–14 business days.
- Delivery times may vary slightly by product and carrier; no expedited shipping options are offered.

Shipping Costs
- Standard shipping is always free. There are no shipping charges at checkout for standard service.

Undelivered, Lost, or Damaged Orders
- If an order fails to be delivered, you may choose either an immediate refund or a replacement delivery. Please contact us to indicate your preference.
- For damaged shipments, please contact us with photos and order details so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Address Changes & Order Cancellations
- If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will attempt to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee them once an order has entered fulfillment.

Tracking
- Tracking information will be provided when available. If you do not receive tracking details or need help locating your package, contact us.
